Description of the service

Registration (or deregistration) procedures for the employer with local social security bodies, various pension and supplementary health insurance funds required by the applicable collective agreement, and tax authorities.

Employee registration with relevant pension and health insurance funds in line with the applicable collective agreement

Drafting of the employment contract in a bilingual version, in accordance with local legislation, by our teams or a specialized lawyer

Issuance of payslips
Depending on the country, our CCI FI offices may also manage in-kind benefits and work tools, such as meal vouchers, phone subscriptions, long-term vehicle rentals, etc.
Subject to local regulations, we may also handle monthly social and tax declarations, as well as monthly salary transfers.
Our teams will work with bilingual lawyers in the event of disputes or to initiate specific procedures (dismissals, disciplinary actions, final pay settlements, etc.).
