COO – Speedy Monkey (U.S. Toy Company)
We are looking for a highly hands-on, builder-doer COO who can structure our organization, lead operations, and take direct ownership of finance, HR, and team management.
You will:
Lead operations: logistics, supply chain, 3PL, planning
Build strong financial control: margins, KPIs, forecasting
Manage finance and HR directly
Manage and develop the existing team
Improve internal processes and support sales execution
Contribute to online growth (Shopify, e-commerce, digital sales coordination)
You are:
An experienced operator (10+ years)
Structured, solution-driven, and highly operational
Experienced in consumer goods (preferred)
Knowledgeable in online tools (Shopify, marketplaces, e-commerce)
French is a plus
Goal: Build a scalable organization, strengthen operational performance, and free the Founder from daily operations.
