Wites & Kapetan was founded in 2001 by Marc A. Wites and Alex N. Kapetan, Jr. Since then, Wites & Kapetan has helped many families obtain justice. The firm has obtained multimillion dollar jury verdicts and settlements in personal injury and wrongful death actions, investment disputes and class actions.
Our practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death actions, class actions, investment disputes, consumer debt relief, and immigration. The firm’s attorneys are dedicated to offering the highest caliber legal representation in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitrations. We use our experience, skill, resources and dedication to obtain the best possible results for our clients in Florida and throughout the country. Wites & Kapetan is a personal injury law firm with a difference. We not only have the experience in personal injury law that you would expect, but we also have an uncommon dedication to our clients and a commitment to our community that is rare in today’s world of diminished values.
