Pineloch Investments, Inc. is a licensed Florida real estate company. The primary purpose of the company is to meet the needs of our European customers by locating suitable residential and commercial investments in Central Florida. Our professional staff works closely with our customers to assure they find their ideal investment.
The owners of Pineloch Investments, Inc. were the precursors of this type of business in Florida and have now been operating here for more than 35 years. Pineloch ( A.K.A. " Villas En Floride" ) has been and continues to be the leader in attracting French speaking investors.
Pineloch Investments, through its foreign Partners, maintains Licensed offices in Europe and in the French Caribbean .
Pineloch’s broker and associates are fluent in French and travel quarterly to France to promote investments in Florida by presenting seminars in Paris and other cities in Europe. Since the early 1970’s, several hundred French speaking families have purchased one or more investments through our organization.
We have worked together with foreign investors for the past 35 years. We know how important it is for our customers that we assist them with all their property management services. Due to our connections with local agencies, we are able to help them through the process of purchase, all legal and accounting procedures, and obtaining visas.
