About the Company: SIFA USA is a French freightforwarder specialized in import/export shipping to the French Caribbean island and import from Europe.

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Import/Export customer service executive for our facility based in Doral, Florida, United States of America

Essential Functions


Job Responsibilities:


§  Responsible for customers liaisons and handling of customers’ enquiries

§  Communicate with overseas offices (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, France)

§  Follow up on customer new POs (Purchase Orders) and expected  availability /delivery dates to the warehouse

§  Find out information on expected cargo (Weight, Dimensions, if any specific handling requirements, Hazardous material, etc…)

§  Seek customers’ approval prior shipping cargo on a weekly basis (email + phone call)

§  Coordinate pick ups (domestics & International) and secure best rates

§  Coordinate import shipment until final customer delivery within the USA.

§  Monitor shipments in a timely and efficient manner (Airfreight, Ocean freight, Export, Import)

§  Invoice the file according to most updated agreed tariffs (NRA, Quote, Published Tariff)


Job Requirements:

§  Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§  French & English written & spoken (compulsory)

§  Details oriented

§  Diploma preferred

§  Previous experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a plus


Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders and authorized to work in U.S.

Hours and Benefits:

40 hours per week

9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Monday to Friday)
