What You'll Do
- KPI Reporting: Maintain, track, and distribute reports on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborative Reporting: Compile and present data-driven reports for shop floor mechanics, management, and executive teams.
- Audits & 5S Initiatives: Conduct audits and support 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Time Studies: Perform time studies, utilization analyses, and other direct observation-based studies to refine and update time standards.
- Process Improvements: Assist in implementing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and build processes.
- Employee Support: Aid supervisors in fostering accountability and empowering team members to achieve their best.
- SEED & IPT Alignment: Actively contribute to Strategic Execution and Development (SEED) initiatives and Integrated Product Team (IPT) efforts.
- Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to drive organizational success.

Profile and other information related to the position
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or Accredited GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively across teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) for reporting and analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis, process analytics, and statistical methods.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to train additional personnel, fostering knowledge-sharing and team growth.
